1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are listed during the ordering process and depend on the destination and the weight of the order. Shipping is free for orders totaling 100 euros or more within Germany.

Note: The exact shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process based on weight and delivery address and are displayed as a binding total before the order is finalized.
2. Delivery Times
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–2 business days. International deliveries can take between 2 and 10 business days.
3. Shipping Service Providers
We ship our products exclusively via DHL. Orders to Austria are shipped via GLS.
4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status.
5. International Shipping Terms
We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Packaging
We make sure your order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We generally use eco-friendly materials for our packaging.
7. Shipping to Special Addresses
We also deliver to package pickup stations. Please make sure that all necessary information has been entered correctly.
