Where a range is shown (e.g. 18.99–19.99), the price also depends on the country.
Processing and tracking
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.
DHL Packstation
In Germany, we also deliver to DHL Packstations. To do so, please enter your DHL Postnummer (customer number) and the Packstation number in full.
Customs for deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, Norway, USA), customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply. These are payable by you as the recipient.
Gift card
We send the Campnetic Premium gift card free of charge as a letter within Europe (2–4 business days).
Packaging
We pack your order carefully so that it reaches you safely.
