Attention: Manufacturing is carried out using the FDM process with a carbon-fiber-reinforced, high-temperature-resistant, high-performance thermoplastic. Minor imperfections such as rough edges or minimal fiber protrusions may occur due to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect. These characteristics are typical of the material and manufacturing process used and do not affect dimensional accuracy or function. During manufacturing, a support structure must be removed manually, which may result in minor surface scratches on the guide rail in isolated cases.

Please check that the brackets fit your vehicle immediately upon receipt of the merchandise. This ensures that, in the event of an unexpected discrepancy, you will have enough time to return the brackets within the return period..

The magnets in our awning brackets have an extremely high holding force. Therefore:
The holders must never be placed directly against each other with the magnetic sides touching—only with the spacers/protective caps in between.

We always ship the magnets with spacers and never ship them placed directly on top of one another. Without this protection, damage may occur when they are stacked.

Important: If the magnets do happen to stick together by accident without the spacers,
Under no circumstances should you try to pry it open with a tool or any other object.

This can cause damage—either to the magnets or to you.
