This security feature provides extra protection against theft and ensures that your Campnetic sandboards, shovel, axe, Maxtrax, or whatever else you can think of remain securely fastened even in the event of an accident.

Features:

Heavy-duty wire rope: The 4-mm-thick wire rope is handcrafted in Germany and complies with the European standard DIN 13414-1. It offers maximum stability and flexibility and is equipped with a protective PVC sheath to prevent scratches on the paint of your camper van.

Extremely durable: Cutting through the wire rope with bolt cutters is extremely difficult because the wires in the rope splay apart, and the bolt cutters must always be applied at the exact same spot. It would take about 3–5 minutes to cut through it using a very high-quality bolt cutter.

Protection against environmental factors: This high-quality outdoor padlock is dust- and water-resistant, ensuring it works reliably even under extreme conditions. It is also PVC-coated to protect your vehicle's paint.

Versatile mounting options: The length of the wire rope is designed to allow for various mounting options. As shown in the pictures, you can use the safety strap in various places—on the door hinge, the spare tire mount, the bike rack mount, the trailer hitch, and many other places you can think of.

Additional security: In the event of an accident, the safety strap ensures that your sandboards don't fall off the vehicle, even though the magnets alone are already strong enough to hold the sandboards securely in place.

Easy to use: The security device can be installed and removed quickly and easily without having to drill holes or otherwise damage your vehicle.

Versatile: Perfectly designed to work with our Campnetic sandboards, but can also be used for other items, such as sand plates, mountain plates, and recovery tracks from other manufacturers, that you want to secure firmly.

Care Instructions:
To ensure that the lock continues to function reliably, we recommend applying a drop of penetrating oil (e.g., WD-40 or Ballistol) to the lock cylinder every 2–3 months. In case of severe weather or heavy dirt buildup, do this more frequently. Please do not use grease or thick oil—this can interfere with the mechanism.

If the lock is not properly maintained and rust or operational problems occur, we unfortunately cannot provide a replacement.
